| Kari Otero is an artist currently living in New York. Native of California, she is a graduate from Hunter College in New York City with degrees in both dance performance/choreography and media communicatons. Her narrative style photography is greatly influenced by her experience working in dance, theatre and live events as a performer/choreographer and producer. She has collaborated with dancers, writers, designers, musicians and other artists in particular to create and produce both performances and photographs for a variety of audiences in New York City. Her artistic vision focuses on her desire to continue to develop her unique style of documentary portrait photography, creating one-of-a-kind portraits for all kinds of people. |
